After the 7-1 thumping of Bankstown, U20s Newcastle Jets take on Camden Tigers in Round 4 of the FNSW League Two Men’s competition. Sitting in 1st place with 3 wins from three games and with a goal average of 13-1, the Jets are favourites against an opponent who has won one and drew one from two matches played. Of interest will be the use of half a dozen 16 year old’s who had a very positive impact on the match the previous week.
FNSW League Two Men’s Round 4:
Newcastle Jets vs Camden Tigers FC on Sunday 26th February at the LMRFF, Speers Point.
Youth kick off at 5:00pm
U20s kick off at 7:00pm
U18s Newcastle Jets will have their work cut out against a very strong Blacktown outfit. Despite players from the Youth and U20s training squads in Round 1 of the FNSW Boy’s Youth One competition last week, they failed to make an impact against fellow newly promoted Hills United! On paper, Blacktown appears to be a much stronger opponent.
