Newcastle Olympic youth teams came away from the CB Complex with four wins from four games against Valentine FC.
On a wet and miserable day U13s opened proceedings with a hard fought 2-1 win which brings them just outside the top 4 on the points table. U14s then took centre stage smashing 10 goals past a hapless Valentine side which entrenches them in 1st spot in their age group. U15s continued their merry-go-round with a 3-2 victory in which they missed countless opportunities for a higher score and remain in 1st spot as usual. U16s finished off the day with a 8-1 win and a return to the top of the mountain in their age group. A fine achievement for our youth and a long awaited return to Darling St Oval next Saturday against Charlestown Azzuri.
