Newcastle Olympic: NPL seniors lose to Charlestown Azzuri and the Herald WPL lose to Merewether.

NPL SENIORS:
On Sunday 23rd August Newcastle Olympic contested Round 7 with Charlestown Azzuri at Darling St Oval.

First Grade lost 3-1
Reserve Grade won 2-0
U18s won 4-0

HERALD WPL:
On the weekend Newcastle Olympic took on Merewether in Round 9 of the competition.

On Friday 21st August at Arthur Eden Oval:
First Grade lost 2-1
Reserve Grade won 4-2

On Sunday 23rd August at Myamblah Oval
U17s won 2-1
U14s lost 5-1

YOUTH NPL:
On Saturday 22nd August Newcastle Olympic Youth NPL teams took on Newcastle Jets at LMRFF Speers Point. These fixtures remained in line with the postponed Newcastle Olympic vs North Coast Football fixtures which were scheduled for this weekend.

U16s drew 2-2
U15s won 5-1
U14s lost 4-1
U13s lost 5-0

ZONE LEAGUE:
On Saturday 22nd August Newcastle Olympic zone teams took on Stockton at Islington Park.
First Grade won 5-0
Reserve Grade won 4-2

Over 35s:
Newcastle Olympic O35s took on Stockton in Round 8 of the competition at Islington Park on Friday 21st August and won 4-3

SAP/NET:
U9s, u10s and U11s SAP played Lambton Jaffas, Valentine and Wallsend this weekend at Darling St Oval, and Johnstone Park and put on some great performances. U12s NET played Valentine at Islington Park in windy conditions on Saturday and ran out 8-0 winners!

Community Juniors:
Newcastle Community juniors played Round 8 of the season on Saturday 22nd August against Stockton, Broadmeadow Magic, Shortland and Medowie at Darling St Oval and produced some outstanding football.
