NPL Grand-Finals: Newcastle Olympic U14s play Broadmeadow Magic on Saturday and U16s play Lambton Jaffas on Sunday

Newcastle Olympic U14s and U16s Premiers have advanced to the 2020 Northern NSW NPL Grand Finals. U14s will face Broadmeadow Magic at Jack McLaughlan on Saturday and U16s will face Lambton Jaffas on Sunday.

U16s Newcastle Olympic vs Lambton Jaffas kick off 8:00am at Cooks Square Park Maitland on Sunday 22/11/2020.

NPL Semi-Finals: U14s and U16s Newcastle Olympic advance to the Grand Finals

U14s and U16s Newcastle Olympic advanced to the 2020 NPL Grand Finals with emphatic victories over Adamstown Rosebuds. U13s, U15s and U18s were unfortunately eliminated.

NPL Youth: U14s Newcastle Olympic 2020 NPL Northern NSW Premiers

Newcastle Olympic added another Premiership to its 2020 tally after the U14s team completed the season by winning EVERY game! The total is 4 Premierships (U14s, U16s, U18s, and Reserve Grade) from a total of 7!

U13s and U15s have ended the season in 2nd spot on their respective points tables and all four teams will compete in the Finals series next week!

NPL Youth: U14s Newcastle Olympic 2020 Premiers of NNSW

Congratulations to U14s Newcastle Olympic on winning the 2020 Premiership of NNSW. Congratulations to the players, coaching staff, parents, sponsors, administrators and volunteers.

The U14s team won their Premiership in style being victorious in EVERY match played. Good luck in tomorrow’s last game of the season and in the Finals series which begins next week.

Newcastle Olympic have won 4 NPL Premierships (u14s, u16s, u18s, Reserve Garde) in 2020 out of a possible 7!

NPL YOUTH: Newcastle Olympic take on Charlestown Azzuri and prepare for another Premiership

Newcastle Olympic take on Charlestown Azzuri in the last round of the season and are poised to win another premiership with the U14s team. After winning EVERY game of the season so far, U14s can secure the Premiership with a win, a draw or even a loss!

Meanwhile U18s Premiers finish their regular season with an away trip to Lake Macquarie.

NPL: U18s Newcastle Olympic 2020 NNSW Premiers

A 2-2 draw away to Edgeworth on Saturday was enough for our u18s to secure the NNSW 2020 Premiership! Reserve Grade didn’t have the same luck in the Preliminary Final and were eliminated from the Grand Final.

Newcastle Olympic Reserve Grade play Broadmeadow Magic on Sunday for a place in the Grand Final while our U18s and U14s edge closer to winning the Premiership in their respective age groups.

WPL: 11 Newcastle Olympic players invited to a camp for selection in the 2021 FFA National Youth Championships

Congratulations to the following Newcastle Olympic WPL players that  have been invited into the 1st identification camp to be conducted at the Lake Macquarie Regional Football Facility from the 13th – 15th November.

This camp is the first step in selecting players to ultimately represent NNSWF in the 14’s and 15’s age groups at the 2021 FFA National Youth Championships.

Players have been identified following a nomination process from Premier Club and Member Zone Technical Directors and also through a thorough match assessment process conducted by NNSWF Talent ID Coaches through WPL, NPL Youth and NL1 competitions throughout 2020.

We wish the girls all the best in the camp, and wish them all the best in the Final Selection process.
